Be Body wise started in May 2021, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition.
 
Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
 

About the role
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply & Procurement Manager to join our team in the consumer goods industry. As the Supply & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sourcing, purchasing, and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective purchasing strategies that support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing the supply chain, minimizing costs, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, excellent negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with contract manufacturers
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to procurement, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery timeliness
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales, and finance, to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks or opportunities in the supply chain
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with consumer goods industry and market trends
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
