What will you be doing?
- Accountable for all activities management including demand and supply planning, liaise with suppliers, distributors & forwarders, and other internal collaborators.
- Provide support through planning activities & process and in accordance to company objectives.
- Responsible for supply chain reporting and analysis and provides weekly/monthly management reports on status of activities.
- Coordinate monthly S&OP process to understand the latest market requirement and ensure timely deliveries and fulfills customer expectations. Updates monthly consensus demand and supply forecasts.
- Manages the replenishment and inbound Inventory is in line with the forecast or demand. Responsible for the PO activities including creation of PO, regular and expediting deliveries. Resolve “Stock-Out”, “Sales Spikes”, Invoice and Supplier related discrepancies, Parts Received discrepancies & etc.
