Summary:
This position will be responsible for Procurement & Execution for South Asian Sub-station projects.
Location:
Gurugram
Pre-Requisite:
Need to have a Min. 5 – 6 years’ experience in end to end procurement process of materials and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert in Excel, Word, PPT & SAP and keep all records updated.
- Having knowledge of Sub-station Items (Preferable) for Technically vetting of the documents before submitting to client.
- Should know about Purchase Order & it’s clauses.
- Proficient in SAP module (Raising PO, Approvals, GRN’s checking)
- Follow up with vendors for Post ordering activities.
- Coordinating with Vendor / Project team / Client for Documents approval, Manufacturing of materials, raising inspection calls, cross-functional coordination with other departments for expediting approvals, timely taking requirement of projects.
- Should have knowledge of Export / Import & know about documentation before & after dispatch (like Invoice, LR , BL, COO, packing list, Warrantee Certificate etc.) required for Shipment, Custom Clearance & Client Billing.
- Having knowledge of all payment processes (LC Opening/ Bill discounting/Direct) for both Domestic & SAARC country supplies.
