The Senior Functional Analyst, Supply Chain Planning should have expertise in implementing a wide range of Supply & Demand applications. The successful candidate will have completed two or more end to end implementations of Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand modules. The implementation experience would preferably be in cloud-based SaaS platforms and ideally in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.

This position will collaborate with the Supply Chain team to define business requirements, create solution designs, and configure system solutions for Supply & Demand applications. This role will also assist with system validation, go-live preparation, and support.

The successful candidate will be highly collaborative and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. They will need to be hands on, self-motivated and take the initiative to solve problems, automate manual effort and continuously improve.

This position requires to work in Shift (3PM to 12AM IST).

• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand applications combined with industry best practice expertise to provide cost effective solutions to support business processes.
• Technical expertise to troubleshoot Service Contracts and Installed Base Issues.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to develop, test, and implement Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Document detailed requirements and present to business teams for approval.
• Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for system enhancements or modifications if necessary.
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions.
• Produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Work with Oracle to resolve service requests.
• Lead and direct the following phases of the system life cycle:
  • Gather business requirements through business process workshops.
  • Analyze, design, configure and develop solutions for Oracle Supply & Demand applications.
  • Manage Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Prepare deployments, cut-over support, and post-production support.

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand projects and upgrades.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand solutions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or similar.
• Preferred: Oracle Cloud Certification in Planning Modules.
• Preferred: APICS or other supply chain certifications.
