Overall Purpose of The Job
Assisting IHM team in monitoring and verifying items in Purchase Orders (PO) in Purchasing Module, Shipsure.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Efficiency in completion of tasks and targets.
- Navigating Shipsure for monitoring and verifying items in PO and to check if it contains hazardous material.
- Planning and organized filing of data from Purchasing module in Shipsure for vessels.
- Recording and maintaining data in respective folders.
- Monitoring E-mails on Outlook on regular basis.
- Assisting Project manager in the creation of IHM Maintenance plans and daily duties.
- Maintaining track sheets for Weekly reports for smooth operations.
- Contributing towards achieving Team goals and objectives.

Essential
- Very good understanding of finance and process good analytical skills.
- Should be a Marine Engineer, sailing experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of computer application
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Accounting systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
- The highest personal integrity standards
- A positive outlook and be self-motivated to develop and succeed.
- A very good command of the English language both written and oral.
- Ability to deal with multi-task workload
Desirable
- Good communication (oral and written) skills
