Senior Analyst – Logistics

 Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India – Hybrid work


                

Job Description

 

What you’ll do:

Global Programs as part of Program Management team for Eaton globally. Sr Analyst role is the primary interface between corporate team, supply chain organization, Service Providers and GSC COE. This role is responsible for the end-to-end program Management which includes the owning and driving of projects, data management, data analytics owning and conducting MBR`s, Ad hoc Support, establish and maintain accurate data, and act as a single point of contact from GSC COE for the entire program.

2. Analytical Support: Support and drive network analysis for the program, data mining and data management

  • Analyze Dashboard Tools and carrier data in order to identify and communicate improvement opportunities that can drive out cost and improve customer experience.
  • Own the end-to-end program right from initiation to execution and monitoring.
  • Support the Manager – PMO Support in other ad-hoc projects other than the regular activities.
  • Highlighting opportunities for improvement and digitization.
  • Using and develop standard work processes to monitor trends, changes and to sustain improvements.
  • To develop the use of standard reports, tools and methodology after implementation and execution of the program.
  • Prepare and support executive and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Develop and manage dashboard.
  • Drive CI projects and cost out initiatives

1. Adherence to project timelines & scope
2. Project/Program owner, coordinator and oversee the standard reports and metrics.
3. Process benchmarking and standardization
4. Acting as a go-to-point for issues and queries.
5. Building a network of Eaton contacts within Logistic Supply Chain to highlight and/or resolve issues.
6. Monthly reports to stakeholders
7. Develop standard reports and metrics


Qualifications:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good To have APICS/PMP certifications
Basic Knowledge (Foundation):

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in Projects
  • 5 years’ experience in data analytics will be added advantage

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Visio & Project)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Self-motivated
  • Digital Mindset
  • Influencing Skills and Critical Thinking
  • Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Expertise in Power BI
  • Should be well versed with Data & Information Management, Ad-hoc reporting, Market research
