As a member of our Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs
• Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet production demands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve inventory management processes
• Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory management
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the supply chain

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and inventory management, preferably in the watches or wearables industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Work Experience

• BE / B Tech in Mechanical / Production or equivalent preferably with MBA or equivalent (Operations / Supply Chain / General Management)
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry: 8 years
• Deeper knowledge in Supply Chain and Costing Process
• Strong analytical skill with tools like Excel
• Good exposure of ERP (esp. SAP) systems
• Passion for emerging trends in Information Technology
• Effective Communication Skills
• Interpersonal Skills and Influencing multiple diverse stakeholders
