Job Overview:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving end‑to‑end supply chain performance. The role focuses on demand/Forecast planning, Inventory optimization, end to end Interco coordination and data-driven decision-making to support business objectives and ensure uninterrupted material flow.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Analysis and customer focus
Analyze demand forecasts, supply plans, and production schedules to identify gaps and risks
Develop and maintain KPIs related to inventory, service levels, lead times, and MOQ’s.
Perform root cause analysis for supply disruptions, delays, or cost overruns
Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes with data insights
Inventory & Material Management
Monitor inventory levels across plant, warehouses, and in-transit stock
Identify excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
Optimize safety stock and reorder parameters to balance service and working capital
Support cycle counting, physical inventory, and variance analysis
Interco Shipping and delays coordination and Analysis
To ensure end‑to‑end shipping readiness through effective coordination with overseas customers, production teams, and inter‑plant planning functions. The role is responsible for aligning production schedules, inventory readiness, documentation, and logistics execution to meet export commitments and customer delivery timelines.
Data Management & Reporting
Develop dashboards and reports using ERP, Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools
Ensure data accuracy across supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ supply chain, Operations, or related field
MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations
6–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, planning,
Core Competencies:
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools (preferred)
Supply Chain Knowledge
End-to-end supply chain understanding (Plan–Source–Make–Deliver)
Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and delivery
Understanding of import/export processes and INCOTERMS (preferred)
Awareness of cost drivers and working capital impact
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
10-25% Travel required.
