Job Description
Your role plays a crucial part in improving end-to-end supply chain execution across Pumps BL, which will contribute to improving lead time reliability, improved delivery performance and a more competitive scalable global supply network. In this position, you will report to the Director, Supply Chain Development.
This position is in Alwar.
Team you belong to:
You will join a team of 12 experts across Project Execution, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Order Engineering, working closely together to drive supply chain execution and performance for the Pumps Business Line.
The team focuses on optimizing global supply lanes, improving delivery performance, and supporting strategic projects and day-to-day business through strong collaboration, data-driven insights, and practical execution. Our team members are based in Australia, India, Peru, Sweden, USA, working in a highly collaborative and international environment.
You will work closely with operational functions but also outside operation, Market Areas, R&D functions, as well as suppliers across key regions. Our team culture emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement, and our team members are based in India, Sweden, and other global locations.
What you’ll do:
Ensure end to end supply chain performance for Pumps BL, securing reliable lead times, strong OTD.
Own supply planning and capacity alignment across manufacturing sites for project execution.
Monitor delivery performance, lead times and supply risks impacting customer commitments.
Drive OTD, lead-time and inventory improvement, translating performance gaps into corrective actions.
Coordinate with operations and planners to resolve short-term capacity or material constraints
Support project and fast-lane priorities, ensuring supply readiness for critical orders
Supply Chain coordinator in the PMO (Product Maintenance Office)
Who you are:
Strong experience in global supply chain planning, logistics, and delivery performance, with a focus on lead-time and OTD improvement.
Data-driven and analytical, comfortable working with SAP, Power BI, Excel.
Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, project driven environment.
Collaborative communicator who works effectively across different functions and departments
Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience in heavy industries or engineered products (pump, cyclones and exposure to S&Op or supply chain footprint development).
