Job Summary
Kosher is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Logistic Executive to manage and optimize our supply chain and distribution operations. This role involves coordinating with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination—preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is a must.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Developing fundamental documents on all material receipts, issues and finished goods supplies in consultation with Accounts, and Sales & marketing support department.
Developing routine operational reports pertaining to stock positions for prompting necessary routine actions.
Developing periodical analytical reports with refined data towards drawing sound inferences and insights for management decisions.
Develop befitting finished goods order & supply management system in coordination with sales & marketing department and participate actively in the current development of the e-commerce program on online customer transaction platform.
Coordinating with factory for supplies
Interacting with other branch offices for stock replenishment
Providing active support services in implementing sales promotion programs
Order monitoring and registering.
Coordinating with production team for finished stock management
Desired profile of the candidate
Graduate; additional certifications in logistics, supply chain, or operations management preferred
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in logistics coordination, inventory handling, vendor management, and supply chain support
Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced work environments
Excellent written and spoken English; working knowledge of Kannada and/or Hindi is essential
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; exposure to or willingness to learn ERP systems for sales and logistics functions
Smart, proactive, and eager to grow within a competitive and performance-driven environment.
Office Timings:
10am to 7 pm- Monday to Saturday
