Key Responsibilities

Broad understanding of supply & demand for customer sales orders & execution portion of it till fulfillment.
Generate reports, track shipment. Close coordination with Planning, Purchasing and Logistics.
Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
Handle global customer escalations & provide effective solutions for tool downs.
Generate reports on delayed or any misses of fulfillment & take necessary action.
Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands.
Resource will be part of Fulfillment Ops team and helping with new reporting/dashboard requirements in the team along with the daily tactical.
Participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions.
Works within controls to ensure the accuracy, timeliness of the requested reports.
Implements new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures. Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports.

Experience – 4 to 9 years

Functional Knowledge

Good understanding of Operations and Supply Chain Management.
SAP end user knowledge is essential.
Hands on experience in advanced Excel / SQL/Tableau to develop reports and analytics.

Business Expertise

Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.

Leadership

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

Problem Solving

Analyzes information and make decision based on situations.

Impact

Any error on decision making for material redistribution and delay to act can impact severely for fixing the tool down at customer site. Leads to customer dissatisfaction and it impact the business.

Interpersonal Skills

Very good verbal and written communication in English. Self-confidence and Collaboration.
Independent decision-making skills

Education

Bachelor of Engineering or MBA in Operations/Supply chain.
