Responsible for end-to-end Inventory control of materials, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels, prevention of stock-outs or excess inventory, Slow-moving non-moving inventory identification and its timely disposal and periodic stock reconciliation. Overall responsibility for parts operations warehouse management, including layout optimization, storage and preservation of material, housekeeping, and systematic material handling.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Handling material receipt functions include verification of documents and material and timely issuance of materials as per operational requirements and SAP transactions with accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Conducting monthly and yearly inventory audits and cycle counts, variance analysis, and stock reconciliation with ERP/ SAP records.
- Managing material replenishment against Sales Orders by transferring material from Plant 9AD1 and ensuring timely availability.
