Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Each day, you will develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers. You will also showcase your expertise by proposing and managing the annual warehouse budget.

The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:Operating within the approved budget and managing the warehouse staff activities to optimize resource utilization and determines corrective actions for cost-related issues as necessary.
Improving warehouse operations using lean practices.
Planning and optimizing warehouse utilization and inventory.
Monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeping stock control systems up to date; and overseeing stock control and processing orders.

Qualifications for the role
Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (should be full-time)
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics, packing, or supply chain operations
Ability to manage purchase of indirect materials and raise purchase orders
Experience in supervising packing of finished goods and loose accessories
Strong skills in arranging vehicle placement and coordinating with transporters
Familiarity with preparing export packing lists, container requirements, and outbound documentation
Commitment to safety during packing and loading activities, with accurate record‑keeping of dispatched jobs
Good communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams
