In order to schedule supply chain related activities in accordance with demand, inventory and quality standards, we are searching for a competent Supply Chain Specialist. It will be up to you to make sure our products are made on schedule and profitably distributed. A skilled Supply Chain Specialist is knowledgeable about manufacturing as well as supply chain processes and how to make them more efficient. They have excellent problem-solving abilities and are well-organized and results driven. Proficiency in computer usage and communication is highly advantageous for this position. Maintaining a seamless economic flow of our supply chain processes is the aim.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Working on Anaplan Operations Module for all product lines
• Conducting monthly meetings with Global SIOP Managers for plant level adjustments
• Present Ops adjustments in front of global team across the IC plants

• Problem Solver for SAP PP module related issues
• Organize the production process for one or more items
• To guarantee optimal performance and the least amount of delay, schedule and rank your tasks.
• Assign employees and other personnel to specific production tasks.
• Adjust the schedules based on production requirements.
• Responsibility of Material Master parameters and review it with recurring timeline
• Obtain output data, such as the quantity of completed goods and the proportion of defective products.
• Create and turn in performance and status reports & maintain file organization
• Work together with quality assurance, warehousing, and other employees
• To prepare and maintain SC related reports (OTD, PO Management, Demand) for Analysis

• Demonstrated expertise in production planning (PP), forecasting (FTP) and supply chain
• Outstanding familiarity with the concepts of production planning and forecasting adjustments
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning II (MRP II)
• Working expertise with SAP (PP Module), Advance MS Office Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Proficient in analytics – Hands on Anaplan tool will put some advantage
• Strong aptitude for organizing and solving problems.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Employers hiring for the production planner job most commonly would prefer for their future employee to have a relevant degree such as Bachelor’s and Associate Degree in Business, Engineering, Education, Manufacturing, Business/Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management, Associates, Technical, Industrial Engineering with experience of around 8-10yrs
