Description and Requirements

• TPRM-associate would be the first line of customer contact through the system application or through an assigned phone extension.
• TPRM-associate would be responsible for addressing all incoming requests as follows: respond to all phone requests, respond to Aravo requests, document appropriate due diligence, supply literature to client, and update and follow up on customer requests.
• Ensure SLA governance and management
• Ensure Supplier list maintenance
• Govern documentation upload in Aravo
• Ensure adequate knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to third party risk management and the Aravo system.
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
• Validate Vendor profile information, Due diligence basis the establish QC process
• Request changes or clarifications from customer contact when details are misaligned, inconsistent, or otherwise concerning
• Support stakeholders E2E lifecycle workflows and tasks
• Follow-up with stakeholders regarding approvals, requirements, delays
• Facilitate meetings across Risk Partners, Lines of Business, Accounts Payable teams, and Vendors
