About this Role

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Senior IT Product Manager to lead transformation initiatives across the supply chain domain. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including process owners, architects, engineers, and systems integrators to define and deliver scalable, multi-tenant supply chain solutions. The individual will act as a product champion, shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while mentoring a team of product managers and influencing senior leadership.

What you’ll do

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain products.
• Present product strategy to senior leadership and drive adoption across geographies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with business, operations, engineering, and third-party teams to evaluate business cases and develop optimal solutions.
• Own scalable platforms that support multi-tenant usage across business units.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritise and design complex solutions.
• Navigate stakeholder priorities using enterprise and customer value as guiding principles.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from demand to delivery.
• Provide leadership in harmonising business requirements through workshops, design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Validate functional and technical designs and support architecture discussions.
• Analyse quarterly release functionalities to prevent regression and guide business on new features.
• Apply design thinking and process optimisation to address customer and business needs.

Who you are

• Extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in procurement and retail processes.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP ERP, including integration with Master Data via MDG.
• Proven experience in data migration and integration.
• Demonstrated success as a product owner/manager leading transformation programmes.
• Strategic business acumen with ability to evaluate and implement business cases.
• Familiarity with product development concepts such as MVP, Whole Product, and Crossing the Chasm.
• Experience in building data-led optimisation solutions.
• Effective communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Adaptable and resilient in ambiguous environments.
• Background in management consulting with strong decision-making capabilities.
