What you will be doing:

• End-to-End Facility Operations: Manage all aspects of facility operations for the primary location and oversee Hyderabad site operations remotely, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes.
• Procurement & Inventory: Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and equipment inventory to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement and resource allocation.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records for all facility processes, ensuring adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and other relevant standards.
• Budget & Invoice Management: Process facility-related invoices, track expenses, and support budgeting efforts to meet cost-control targets.
• Data & Reporting: Use Excel and other tools to maintain facility data, generate reports, and monitor operational metrics.
• Teamwork & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address facility needs and coordinate with vendors for timely, high-quality services.
• Communication: Act as the single point of contact for all facility-related communications.

What you will likely bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facility management or related role.
• Strong procurement, vendor, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage remote site operations.
• Proficient in facility management software and tools, including Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of EHS standards and compliance requirements.
• High integrity, transparency, and accountability in all operations.
• Flexibility: Responsibilities may evolve within the facilities management scope based on business needs.
