Project Procurement Lead

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
Define and develop procurement scope, plans, procedures, schedules, forecasts, and budgets.
Coordinate procurement inputs for proposals and prime contract modifications.
Prepare purchasing documents including general, special, and pricing conditions.
Ensure compliance with Bechtel directives and procurement procedures.
Lead negotiations and resolve commercial purchase conditions.
Manage procurement workhour planning, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.
Evaluate changes and secure approvals for budget revisions.
Deliver procurement presentations to project/customer stakeholders……
