Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
Experience: 1-4 years in Logistics Operation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with external partners and internal teams. Outstanding
Organizational and time-management abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate inbound & outbound shipments across India.
Arrange transport (single crate to full truckloads) for hospital projects.
Plan air shipments for urgent deliveries.
Manage logistics documentation & vendor coordination.
Negotiate best freight rates and track market pricing.
Track the progress of shipments (both inbound and outbound) and resolve any delays or issues that arise during transit.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and transportation companies to secure favourable rates and reliable service.
Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal laws, as well as ISO requirements and safety guidelines.
Keep detailed records of logistics activities and provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
