We are pleased to announce the launch of our third physical Customer Meeting Point (CMP) in Bangalore — a Small Store L located in South Bangalore, one of the high-potential clusters of the city.
Following the delivery of our Standard Store in 2022 and Planning and Order Point (PaOP) in 2025, this new store marks an important milestone in our journey to strengthen market presence, while continuing to provide an omnichannel, customer-centric experience aligned with our long-term vision for the region.
Small stores are designed to offer a complete IKEA experience in a more compact format to make us even more accessible to our customers in our markets.
You are passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, omnichannel retail environment. You take ownership of your work, stay organized, and are driven by efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of retail and/or logistics operations and working methods
• A strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering results
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Good attention to detail, discipline, and time management skills
• Flexibility and openness to change in a dynamic environment
• Basic understanding of tools, systems, and KPIs relevant to operations
• Confidence in using technical equipment and digital tools

Your responsibilities
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and safe operations that support product availability and customer satisfaction.
You will:
•Execute core fulfilment and support processes efficiently using available systems and tools
•Ensure high goods availability through accurate and timely operational execution
•Contribute to smooth daily operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way
•Follow and promote all health, safety, and security guidelines to create a safe environment
•Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve operational performance
•Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and ideas
•Take responsibility for your assigned area to meet operational goals before the start of each day
•Contribute to delivering a great customer experience across all touchpoints
