Job Title: Back Office Executive (Excel & Operations Support)
Location: Kolkata
Department: Operations / Administration
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may apply)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases accurately using MS Excel
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Create and manage Excel sheets using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts
- Coordinate with technicians for daily work allocation
- Assign AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) work of branches to technicians
- Follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of AMC and service calls
- Track technician attendance, work status, and service completion reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and branches for service scheduling
- Maintain documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
- Handle email communication and basic office coordination
- Support senior management with administrative and reporting tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
