Job Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals to lead end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations at our Guwahati location. The role involves managing multi-client operations (10-15 customers), ensuring operational excellence, service level adherence, and profitable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate GRN entries in the system.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in warehouse put away processes.
- Manage B2C and B2B order processing across multiple WMS platforms, ensuring zero SLA breaches.
- Monitor and ensure timely processing of RTOs (Return to Origin) for all customers.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain zero inventory variance.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatches in line with customer requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to customers as per contractual agreements.
- Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff in alignment with approved manpower budgets.
- Plan and maintain adequate packing material inventory for all customers through proactive forecasting.
