Duties & Responsibilities 

• Packing, unpacking, Pickup and material delivery. 
• Follow packing procedures
• Priority material info sharing and follow up internally and external.
• Customer communication on delivery plan, planning of collection and delivery.
• Monitor workflow and ensure processes are in control.
• Involve in Implementation of all applicable global technical standards, BP and OOE.
• Request for required consumables and resources to ensure availability at right time.
• Identify training needs of team members and inform Manager.
• Involve suggest and implement HSE ,5S, OOE & Cost savings.
• Ensure process are in line with standards (QMS, EMS, Internal operation standards). 
• Block non-conforming equipment’s and parts.
• Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements.
• Inform Logistic manager for packing, dispatch, and logistics related issues.  

Required education, experience, knowledge

• PUC/12TH /University degree 
• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics/Packaging industry/any industry.
• Has hands-on experience in handling logistics and packing  
• Very good communication and  supervisory skills / team building skills 
• Open and positive mindset 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
