Key Responsibilities:
1. eCommerce Demand Forecasting
Prepare weekly and monthly SKU-level forecasts using historical sales,
platform trends, and promotions.
Track forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias) and highlight deviations with root-cause
analysis.
Update forecasts based on marketplace input, campaign calendars, and real-
time demand movement.
2. Daily/Weekly Operations & Stakeholder Coordination
Share daily/weekly dashboards on sell-through, DOH, coverage, and stock
risks.
Coordinate closely with category, supply, and sourcing teams for
replenishment, PO follow-ups, and demand changes.
Highlight key risks, gaps, and opportunities with clear action
recommendations.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain automated trackers for demand, inventory, and platform fill
rates.
Analyze SKU performance, velocity shifts, and platform-specific trends.
Work with BI/Tech to improve data accuracy and automate manual reports
where possible.
4. Process Support & Improvement
Identify routine planning issues and suggest improvements in forecasting,
visibility, or allocation.
Contribute to tool enhancement and data hygiene initiatives.

Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or
Supply Chain—preferably in eCommerce
Strong proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL/Python/BI tools is a big plus.
Understanding of eCommerce operations—inventory models, FC/DC
structures, campaign cycles, and platform SLAs.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working with large
datasets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
